If you wish for us to act on your behalf for the Vendor, we will require the following:
- ORIGINAL CLIENT AUTHORISATION FORM WITH DATE OF BIRTH
- COPY OF CONTRACT (WITH PURCHASERS SOLICITOR DETAILS)
- MORTGAGEE DETAILS (IF APPLICABLE) WITH DISCHARGE FORM
- ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
- COPY OF THE ADJUSTMENTS AND CHEQUE DETAILS
- BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR WHERE FUNDS ARE TO BE TRANSFERRED
- SETTLEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
PURCHASER REQUIREMENTS FOR PEXA ONLINE SETTLEMENTS
If you wish for us to act on your behalf for the Purchaser, we will require the following:
- ORIGINAL CLIENT AUTHORISATION FORM WITH DATE OF BIRTH
- COPY OF CONTRACT (WITH VENDORS SOLICITOR DETAILS)
- MORTGAGEE DETAILS (IF APPLICABLE)
- SETTLEMENT STATEMENT; THIS NEEDS TO BE SIGNED, ACKNOWLEDGED AND VERIFIED THROUGH THE SRO AND WE WILL PROVIDE THE TRANSFER NUMBER AND PEXA ID IF REQUIRED
- COPY OF ADJUSTMENTS AND CHEQUE DETAILS
- BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR FUNDS TO BE TRANSFERRED AND BPAY DETAILS FOR THE RATES AND WATER
- SETTLEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
